Over 20 years of Customer Service Leadership experience in the Healthcare Industry. I spent a majority of my career in DME with PSS (Physician Sales and Services) and then McKesson Medical Surgical. Over 6 years as a Regional Customer Service Manager with McKesson and 3 years locally in Jacksonville, FL building out their new contact center teams. This role required me to support not only my direct reports, and front line staff but all Sales Rep on the East Coast. I was honored to be recognized as the Customer Service Manager of year and a two time Heartbeat of Customer Service award winner!The last 3.5 years have been spent at Truepill Pharmacy where I manage all Contact Center employees and functions, building a team that handles multiple clients and programs, with exceptional Customer Service for our Patients! Engaging with clients to ensure we\'re providing the service they want and expect and we\'re meeting all KPIs! I thoroughly enjoy building and leading teams, creating and improving processes and ensuring teams are operating at the highest level of efficiency and care!
