BTR lender, turned rescue developer, turned developer/sponsor15 years in 1-4 unit residential & investment lending. Construction & perm debt arranged for over rental units valued above $1B between 2017 & 2022. In 2024, I stepped in to stabilize AZ & UT rental developments where the GC failed mid-construction. Along with a with a few incredible colleagues, we worked with investors, lenders, title, cities, insurance, HOA\'s & new contractors to get them all back on track. I joined Lone Tree in 2025 as the CEO of the RE private equity team that builds the capital stack for our platform. Exits from First Colony Mortgage & Triton Smart Home.At Lone Tree: We are bringing housing inventory online in mid markets that want it, alongside partners who can help us achieve it, backed by investors that share our vision. We are actively deploying BTR communities & residential lot development across four Midwest states via our 500+ acre land pipeline.
