About Lane Aldrich
BTR lender, turned rescue developer, turned developer/sponsor15 years in 1-4 unit residential & investment lending. Construction & perm debt arranged for over rental units valued above $1B between 2017 & 2022. In 2024, I stepped in to stabilize AZ & UT rental developments where the GC failed mid-construction. Along with a with a few incredible colleagues, we worked with investors, lenders, title, cities, insurance, HOA\'s & new contractors to get them all back on track. I joined Lone Tree in 2025 as the CEO of the RE private equity team that builds the capital stack for our platform. We are actively deploying BTR communities & residential lot development across four Midwest states via our 500+ acre land pipeline.
