About Chris Landtiser

I lead GenAI adoption strategy at Huron: the work of getting thousands of people to actually use AI in ways that improve how they work, and knowing whether it\'s helping.That\'s meant scaling Microsoft 365 Copilot from a 300-person pilot to nearly users with 94% active usage. But the real story is the foundations of those numbers: champions networks, role-based enablement, feedback loops that tell us what\'s working, and metrics that don\'t fall apart when leadership asks hard questions.I\'ve spent eleven years at Huron helping teams across corporate and consulting practices adopt technology in ways that stick. The pattern I keep coming back to: the difference between tools people use and tools people ignore usually isn\'t the technology. It\'s whether anyone thought about the human experience of using it. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini. this system is universal and not bound to one platform or technology. My work sits at the intersection of product thinking and change leadership. I treat adoption like a product - something you iterate on, not something you launch and forget. That means building systems: AI Champions communities, enablement programs, communications strategies, and KPIs that reflect real engagement.I founded Huron\'s AI Engage community and continue to build spaces where people can figure this stuff out together. From onboarding sessions to executive strategy conversations, I focus on translating what\'s technically possible into what\'s useful in practical work by real people. If you\'re working on GenAI adoption, champions programs, or trying to figure out how to measure whether any of this is actually working. let\'s talk.

I help businesses translate emerging technology into practical advantage, bridging the gap between \"what AI can do\" and \"what it should do for you.\"I continue to build on two decades and counting of experience:AI Strategy & AdoptionI guide organizations through the human side of AI implementation - the part that determines whether tools get used or collect dust. My approach centers on narrative over specifications: helping teams see themselves in the story of transformation rather than drowning in feature lists. I write about this intersection of AI, leadership, and human-centered technology at landtiser.com and through my WE:AI newsletter.Web Development & DesignI build digital experiences that work as hard as the businesses behind them: from full-stack development to design systems that scale. Whether it\'s a solo founder needing their first real web presence or an established company modernizing their digital footprint, I focus on solutions that make sense for where you are and where you\'re headed (web.landtiser.com).The two disciplines inform each other constantly. Good AI adoption is a design problem. Good web experiences increasingly require AI fluency. I bring both lenses to every engagement.
