I actively work on Domain agnostic recommendations systems, as well as smart content generation using LLM, to deliver new AI features aimed at improving customer experience and satisfaction using Oracle Product and Services, particularly the Oracle Content Management platform.\\\\n- Content Recommendation: Built a robust state of the art Multi-Tenant Domain Agnostic Recommendation Engine using graph neural network in combination with content and category similarities, as well as collaborative filtering. The engine is domain agnostic in the sense that it can scale and self-adapt to any customer domain while eliminating the labor-intensive need for domain specific feature engineering. A patent is current being filed for this work.\\\\n\\\\n- Smart Content Generation and Authoring with LLM: Worked on building a new LLM powered AI tool for auto generating customer success stories using extractive summarization and few shots learning technique. This interactive tool is aimed at streamlining these tedious hours long technical writing process into just seconds.\\\\n\\\\n- Custom Domain LLM: currently conducting research building a custom domain generative model with search and interactive capability.\\\\n\\\\n
