Hired on at Arivo to build & lead the Risk, Technology, Data and Analytics teams. Arivo is building a tech-driven lending framework with a focus on creating a disruptively seamless auto-lending experience for both our indirect dealership customers, as well as directly to our customers. From building CX/UX optimized customer-facing web applications to constructing sophisticated machine learning methods, we are aiming to bring more efficiency, better pricing, and fair lending to under-served consumers within the auto lending vertical. Built our company\'s first-generation machine learning platform (Risk & Pricing) leveraging a proprietary mix of consumer credit and alternative data sources, fully integrated the models with existing credit policy, and successfully deployed in Feb 2019. Built second generation machine learning platform included expanded performance data, data sources, and significantly increased differentiation through an even more granular ensembled model framework. The massively enhanced platform went live in January 2020. With over 20 machine learning models currently in production, Arivo continues to grow through expanding its market, risk, and pricing intelligence and has continued to build on its competitive advantages. Over the last 2 years, Arivo has more than tripled the size of its portfolio, achieved 50% reduction in probability of default targets, increased auto-decisions by over 70%, and has dramatically reduced its cost per acquisition. Using the efficiency gains, we are building an even more seamless lending experience for our partners while helping bring even more affordable vehicle ownership to the subprime consumer segment.
