ABOUT LANDON WHITE

As a senior manager at Accenture, I specialize in supply chain management, helping companies throughout North America realize cost savings and reach environmental targets. Lately, I have focused on spend visibility projects, followed by value targeting and strategic sourcing. I have in-depth knowledge of many direct material categories and have reduced spend for clients on numerous occasions in indirect / back-office spend. Earlier in my career, I have focused on operations management. I have spoken at conferences in Canada and Japan about additive manufacturing and the impact on supply networks. Prior to consulting life, I spent just under 6 years in industry with Bechtel, where I won an international award for innovation. Quite a few years back, I saw the value in tracking materials with RFID at the supplier location, which provided timestamp data through the entire supply network. Additional areas of expertise in: sourcing, e-procurement, contract management, asset management, increasing visibility across supply networks with control towers, lean six sigma, procurement strategy, energy logistics, process re-engineering, operations, capital projects, and additive manufacturing / 3D printing. A little about me, I am trilingual (French and Spanish) and speak German proficiently. I enjoy C1 canoeing when I get a chance in the summer and playing hockey in the winter.
