I oversee the Department of the Interior\'s Strategic Talent Management division, which is responsible for the program areas of assessment and selection, compensation, employee experience, hiring, job analysis, position classification, position management, recruitment, and staffing. In these areas, our team works across the bureaus to draft Department-wide policy, provides interpretation of Federal laws and regulations, creates and promotes products leading to greater consistency and efficiency in talent management practices, and facilitates collaboration across the Department and with other Federal agencies.
