Originally from Kansas, I’ve spent the past 8 years in Colorado — a place that fuels my passion for the outdoors, including camping, fishing, hunting.I’ve successfully led hundreds of residential and commercial projects ranging from to each with its own unique challenges. I thrive on that variety — no two days or projects are ever the same — and I approach each one with a balance of strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and team-focused execution.My leadership style centers on clarity, support, and accountability. I ensure my teams have what they need to succeed, while creating an environment where people feel empowered to grow both professionally and personally.
