Oversees the Development Operations and Revenue Analytics department, supporting $350M+(2021) annual revenues of MJFF. Set revenue growth strategy by reducing the time revenue teams spend on non-donor facing tasks, expediting the sales process, and improving the experience for the customer. Built team around key support areas: revenue strategy; revenue analytics; stewardship tools and processes; and donor services. Oversaw sales staffing, portfolio sizing, ROI optimization, segmentation, prospecting, pipeline management, revenue KPIs, forecasting, CRM enhancement, GDPR, security and access of MJFF’s 1.7M constituents, and other SalesOps related tasks. Presented strategic initiatives and projects to MJFF leadership, including Board of Directors, CEO, co-founder / EVP. Leveraged the Human Centered Design Process to build creative solutions to complex problems (e.g. engineered a “heat map” analytics resource to determine where to focus fundraising efforts) and oversaw change management across MJFF staff in order to implement these enhancements.
