I love mixing the big global pot of people from various countries around the world, but work together in their day-to-day jobs. We are able to build meaningful relationships as we work together, learn about each other, and we’re ultimately stretching empathy across the corners of the earth! Global hiring can also lift people out of poverty by provide meaningful employment.I’m a Global MBA graduate from Thunderbird (which has been the #1 ranked school for Global Management for decades). I have lived, studied, and worked in Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and traveled to 20-ish countries.I have supported hundreds of companies in their efforts to find, hire, pay, and up-skill their workforces. Self-identifying as a recovering accountant… my back-of-the-napkin math estimates that my clients have saved billions of dollars via international labor arbitrage.My love and passion for helping companies hire overseas led me to the global hiring industry. But I observed two key problems in the market: an industry-wide apathy for client experience, and a lack of reliable tech automation.My decision to Co-Found Listo was driven by my genuine passions for client & employee experience, automation, and global expansion.When asked the question, “What is your greatest accomplishment?” I would say there is a very large gap between “catching my wife” and everything else that could be on that list. No title, accolade, acronym, or achievement listed on my LinkedIn can even compare to the fulfillment I derive from being a father and husband.
