ABOUT LANDON MURRAY
As a commercial insurance advisor, Landon provides businesses the best possible insurance coverage to protect their assets. His daily objective is to work with prospective and existing clients to ensure their businesses/employees/customers are protected from potential losses. To do so, he focuses heavily on selecting the appropriate coverage, making sure there are no coverage gaps, controlling risk, preventing losses by implementing loss control procedures, aggressively assisting clients with claims, and negotiating the most competitive prices available in the marketplace. Some of Landon’s current clientele include manufacturers, contractors, machine shops, medical/ veterinary offices, non-profits, child and adult daycares, investment property owners, etc.Before Landon joined FRP in January 2020, he served as a General Manager/ Director of Marketing for a medical equipment company. In this role, his duties were to manage performance-based employees, oversee all operations and sales in Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana.After seven years in the medical field, he decided to take a turn in his career and focus strictly on client solution/ account management which led him to Foundation Risk Partners. The skills and leadership experience from his previous role has given him a competitive advantage in writing risk management programs for small-large sized businesses because he understands how businesses operate inside-out. Landon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from the University of Kentucky. He is a licensed insurance agent in life, health, property and casualty insurance. He also holds insurance designations of CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and MLIS (Management Liability insurance Specialist).
