Prefers special occasions. I worked at Bacara Resort and spa for almost four years. When I turned 21 I was trained to bartend because of my skill set and efficiency as a server. Later I transitioned into an event bartender where I specifically worked private parties which consisted of weddings, birthdays, work parties, holiday parties, family reunions and drinking festivals. With both a background in bartending and serving it gives me a dynamic skill set allowing me to be extremely effective and versatile in the work place. Proficient in both Aloha and Micros sales systems. Six years of restaurant experience. Knowledge of craft cocktails, wine service and California wines. I’ve also opened or was apart of the grand opening of Angel Oak Steak House and I also opened and was apart of the grand opening of La Esquina Taqueria.
