Provide individual and couples\' psychotherapy in a private practice setting in Midtown Manhattan.My style is warm, nonjudgmental, client-centered, & goal-oriented. I like to work alongside clients to determine what they would like to change & how they would like to go about changing it, as this process is unique for each individual. I start by building a trusting, working relationship, rooted in the client\'s strengths. From there, I integrate techniques of CBT, emotion-focused couples therapy (EFT), person-centered therapy, trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness practices, & psychodynamic therapy based on each client\'s unique needs & preferences and I appreciate & incorporate honest feedback throughout the process.In addition to helping clients coping with more general stressors and concerns, I am also the founding therapist of AisleTalk: Consultation & Therapy, a boutique therapy practice specializing in supporting individuals going through the uniquely stressful and exciting experience of planning a wedding.
