I have been fortunate in my 20+ year career to work internationally around the globe with incredible companies and brands including BMW Group, Hugo Boss, Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances and Jacuzzi.My multi-culture background gives me a unique edge to identified and unraveled key customer needs. And through passion I am leading and motivating high performance cross functional teams to deliver user centered products and innovations on behalf of customers.Thorough my career, I have taken new disruptive high-end products from concept to multimillion-dollar revenue. I have proven track record in operating complex P&L, built and managed product portfolio sized from $10M to $500M.I know how to tell a compelling brand-to-product story that resonates with end-user needs. I have managed multimillion-dollar marketing budget and developed program and strategy to gain market share and cementing product highest ranking year over year to maintaining industry leadership.What I have learn over the year is that I thrive in situation of uncertainty and foundation building.
