Hello! I\'m Lance, a passionate and results-driven product designer with a unique background in accounting and finance, and a drive to create meaningful user experiences. Throughout my tenure as a financial executive, I have developed a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and an ability to identify patterns and trends. These skills have honed my ability to think critically, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions - qualities that are integral to designing products that meet users\' needs effectively. In my transition to product design, I have supplemented my financial expertise with formal training in user experience (UX) design, interaction design, and prototyping. I am well-versed in UX and UI principles, utilizing design thinking methodologies to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience. I have hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, enabling me to quickly iterate and validate ideas.I understand the importance of gathering user feedback and analyzing analytics to inform design decisions, ensuring that the products I create are user-centric and align with business objectives. This holistic approach allows me to create innovative solutions that balance user needs, technological feasibility, and business goals.
