Major accomplishments of my team include, workflow development and design, to manage processes related to the improvement of lead times, quality, and productivity of the order entry department. Development of company wide eBusiness applications from customer entry to production.Specialties: Management of cross company software and team development. Designing applications to increase productivity, quality, and lead times from customer to scheduling.
