Lance Peterman is a lead engineer in the Identity & Access Management program at Dick\'s Sporting Goods. With more than 20 years of experience working in various sectors of the technology industry, Lance’s current focus has been in specialized areas of information security, including identity & access management, risk management, cybersecurity, cloud security, and mobility.In addition to his \'day job\', he is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he teaches Software Architecture & Design and various topics on information security. He is also an election judge in Mecklenburg County.Lance also works with organizations and communities to help raise awareness on issues related to identity management, cyber security, and internet best practices.
