Maximizing Communication in Dev Catch Up meetingsMuch of the business as usual work is effectively advanced software maintenance with low automated element so limited in scope for growth. The company is restructuring portfolios and teams to better harness skills and knowledge across the business. I am currently onboarding in the Student Team after leaving Neptune.A new skills framework is being introduced. A continuous transformation to full native cloud multi stack development continues. The job market is very poor so may be a few years before moving on. Last new job application was 4.5 years ago.Jisc is a people first company so full inclusivity enables harnessing neurodiverse/neurotypical team members in a safe space.
