I am the Head of Operations at H.C. Anderson Roofing Company, Inc, a union commercial roofing firm based in Northern Illinois. We participate in projects of all sizes, ranging from small repairs to large warehouse developments. From our base of operations in Rockton, Illinois, we locally service a wide area including Chicago, Rockford, Madison, and Milwaukee. Though everyone loves being at home, we are always eager to take on opportunities with great partners, no matter where the work brings us. This year we opened an office in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Memphis, Tennessee. We operate with what I call our 4 promises: Safety, Communication, Quality, and Service. It\'s my firm belief that when we deliver on all 4 of these, customers stay with us for life. I look for and embrace a passion for these 4 elements in myself, our team, and the firms we partner with. We are in a major growth mode and are always looking for external partners: General Contractors, Developers, Property Management Firms, Roof Consultants, Roof Specifiers, Architects, Design/Build Firms, and others to work with. I have a particular interest in warehouse development, especially cold storage facilities.We\'ll quote out any project that comes our way, but the verticals I get excited about are: Logistics Warehouses, Cold Storage, Data Centers, Specialty Manufacturing, and Government Work.
