MGySgt Jones, USMC Always dedicated to achieving mission strategic goals, readiness and ensuring the safety and success of our military service members, Mr. Jones has served in role of increasing responsibly in operational and leadership positions throughout his career. Mr. Jones has served in the U.S. and abroad with extended tours in combat zones during his tenure. Mr. Jones is recognized as an expert in strategic operations, personnel management and execution. Mr. Lance Jones has received recognition for the significant impact he has achieved throughout his distinguished 29 year career in the USMC at the rank of MGySgt. To sustain readiness, Mr. Jones provided executive oversight for 350-person tactical training site supporting three Marine Corp divisions. With respect to the mission, Mr. Jones directed with excellence all aspects of a Combat Operations Center providing decision-making support and operational control during 2 combat tours for 1500 Marines. As a trusted advisor to senior military and congressional executives, Mr. Jones has testified as a subject matter expert with impact during 2 Congressional hearings advancing the dialogue on use of force in Iraq resulting in numerous doctrine and procedural changes increasing survivability in counter insurgency operations. In support of our service members, Mr. Jones led Critical Response Emergency Reaction Team evacuating in excess of 50 wounded while enforcing security, resulting in saved lives, development of relationships between coalition forces and tribal leaders. As leader, mentor and subject matter expert, Mr. Jones has been awarded Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal (2 Consecutive Gold Stars), Recruiter of the Quarter (4 quarters).
