With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality, entertainment, and sports industries, I have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative strategies that drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer loyalty for MGM Resorts and its partners.I am passionate about creating and delivering world-class sports experiences for fans, athletes, teams, and leagues across MGM Resorts\' portfolio of properties and venues. I am proud to have led the franchise acquisition, relocation, rebranding, and business operations of the WNBA\'s Las Vegas Aces, as well as the hosting of the WNBA All-Star game twice. I also have extensive experience in managing relationships with professional and collegiate sports organizations, such as the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, NCAA, and more.
