ABOUT LANCE CONNELLY

After working and living in 7 countries on 4 continents, I can bring diverse groups of people together to solve problems in a collegial atmosphere. With a deep expertise and passion in driving key strategic operational initiatives, I enjoy developing productive partnerships and optimizing business performance.I love a good challenge, especially rolling up my sleeves to find data-driven solutions to complex problems. I believe having the right attitude and behavior is as important as having the right skills. My motto is \"say what you mean, mean what you say, but never say it mean.\" I believe work should be fun. We can take our work seriously, without taking ourselves too seriously. There’s the old saying often muttered during tense times, “One day we’ll look back on this and laugh.” I say, why wait for one day? Laugh today. It will relieve tension and stress, allowing people to refocus on the issue at hand. This is all the more important in our increasingly complex and rapidly changing world. We need to be more resilient and flexible.I have an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a BA, in Economics from the University of Iowa.On a personal level, my wife and I have two wonderful daughters, with whom I have enjoyed traveling the world. My personal highlight is having a snowball fight with my daughters in Antarctica. We love to spend time outdoors and hosting large asados for friends and family. When not working or spending time with my family, I am happiest standing in a mountain stream, with a fly rod in my hand, trying to catch native trout.Feel free to contact me at c••••••••@outlook.com CORE COMPETENCIESFinancial Analysis and Planning Process Improvement & Simplification Strategic PlanningCross-functional Team Leadership Multi-Range Planning & Forecasting Oracle Enterprise Planning SOX & Internal Controls P&L Management
