We need to be more resilient and flexible.I have an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a BA, in Economics from the University of Iowa.On a personal level, my wife and I have two wonderful daughters, with whom I have enjoyed traveling the world. My personal highlight is having a snowball fight with my daughters in Antarctica.
