   Senior Software Engineering Manager, Senior Software Architect, Senior System Engineer\\\\n\\\\nAs the manager of multiple teams developing Upwork\'s front-end platform, I efficiently coordinate collaboration between my teams and other Product (Vertical) teams for consistent and standardized user experiences. We specialize in platform development, automated bulk migrations, standards specification, and cross-cutting tooling. Managing scalable micro-frontends requires specialized skills, which I bring to the table.\\\\n\\\\nI also serve as an architect, balancing my role with management at an 80/20 ratio.
