Specialties: I hold a BS and MS in Organizational Communication. Organizational Communication is an area of study that includes; conflict management, negotiation, interpersonal relationships, small group studies, and leadership research. In 2012 I completed the US Chamber of Commerce\'s Institute for Organization Management at the Southeast Institute located at the University of Georgia. I also hold the Certified Chamber Executive designation from the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.Honored to have been named Time Magazine Person of the Year (2006)
