With an engineering background and love for project management. Lance is originally from Michigan, decided to obtain his real estate licence in 2003, while running a machine assembly shop. Life then took him to Nashville, TN in 2006. Allowing him to focus on Real Estate full time. Working the business himself and realizing there had to be an easier way, he surrounded himself with other top agents in the country and quickly adapted the team concept. Lance’s growing Real Estate team now gives him the freedom to spend time on his business doing more of what he loves, building systems and making it rain. His previous experience has aided in his critical thinking skills and solving problems.
