About Lance Pittman
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Trinity Health, I contribute to the mission of building a health system that provides compassionate, quality health care to the communities we serve. I manage and coordinate a comprehensive recruitment and retention program, train and supervise HR staff, and develop ongoing effective relationships with academic institutions. I am also a Certified Recruiter by Lean Human Capital and an ordained minister and pastor.
