ABOUT LANCE PARSONS

Started with The Kroger Company in December 1980 in the Dallas KMA. Worked in store operations for the first 11 years of my career. Went through LCI Management training. Once completed, I was assigned to Co-Manager within one of our store operations. Worked as Co-Manager for 3 Years. Was promoted to Grocery-Drug/GM Coordinator and managed this role for 1 1/2 years. Was promoted to Store Manager and managed this role for 4 years. Was promoted to Drug/GM Category Manager and managed this role in the Dallas KMA for 3 years. We closed the Dallas KMA office in January 1998. I moved to Houston and worked in the Houston KMA office as a Drug/GM Category for the Southwest KMA for 5 months. Was then promoted to General Office in Cincinnati, OH where I managed the Seasonal Import business for the Kroger Enterprise for 3 1/2 years. Was then promoted to Marketing Manager for Books/Magazines/Greeting Cards/Candy for the Kroger Enterprise and managed this segment of our business for 3 1/2 years. Was then promoted to Assistant Drug/Gm Merchandiser for the Cincinnati/Dayton KMA. Was promoted to Drug/GM Merchandiser for the Cincinnati/Dayton KMA on August 1, 2009. Was promoted to Operations Coordinator in March 2012. I am currently responsible for 18 stores in the Dayton, Ohio SMA. Promoted in March 2015 to District Manager and will be currently responsible for 18 stores in Northwest Dayton, Ohio.
