Lance Owens has focused on creditor\'s rights for twenty-five years. He represents many banks, credit unions, finance companies, and other businesses. As the managing principal at Owens, Mixon & Gramling, he leverages his firm\'s many resources to provide large firm expertise and efficiency with small firm service.Lance is a leader in the creditor\'s rights field. He is the chairman of the Financial Institutions Section of the Arkansas Bar Association and has previously served as the chairman of the Debtor-Creditor Section. He has also been chosen by Judge Audrey Evans to serve on the East Arkansas Bar Advisory Committee and has been selected by his peers to speak on creditor law developments.Lance is on the cutting edge of protecting creditor rights. He regularly advises banks, credit unions, and other creditors and advocates for them in consumer, commercial, and bankruptcy litigation.Lance also practices family law and has a passion for providing forever homes through adoption. Having adopted 4 children himself, he is uniquely situated to assist families in making their adoption dreams come true.
