ABOUT LANCE CAPISANAN
I am currently a registered nurse at a Magnet hospital in the PNW. My nursing interest are in surgery, pediatrics, and cardiac. I am a pediatric float pool nurse at OHSU Doernbecher. I am working towards enhancing my nursing skills, gaining valuable experiences, and learning new protocols. I enjoy giving back to my community and the nursing profession through service such as mentorship and training various nurses at work. To further my professional career, I plan to continue my education towards obtaining a MSN/NP degree to become a pediatric nurse practitioner. Other interests include leadership training and experience, education, research, advocacy/legislation, stewardship, and continuous learning and growth.
