About Lance Butikofer
When I was 14, I convinced my mom to open a brokerage account for me so I could trade stocks. I relentlessly researched companies, watching with adrenaline as the price adjusted, and I began to make my first real investment decisions. What started as a teenage curiosity quickly grew to become a passion for understanding business strategy. How companies navigate growth, create value, and plan for the future.Today, as a student studying Finance & Economics at the University of Idaho, I try to juggle as many professional hats as the calendar will allow. At the core of my approach to professional development is the belief that great work requires seeing the full picture. Understanding an issue from multiple angles. Good strategic decisions were never made without a comprehensive understanding of how a business really runs. Looking ahead, I’ll be pursuing roles in Corporate Development, Strategy Consulting, and Corporate Finance.
