Garrett Stiepel Ryder LLP was founded in 2002 by former partners of a large, multi-national law firm, with a primary emphasis on high-level commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, commercial leasing and real estate finance and investment, and related corporate and tax assistance. Still maintaining that emphasis, we have since expanded the corporate and tax practice beyond the real estate context to provide broad expertise in all types of entity formation, capitalization and structuring transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, commercial transactions and agreements, equity and debt financing transactions, tax reassessment appeals, tax counseling and estate planning.
