ABOUT LANA SALEH
My group in the Research Department at New England Biolabs, Inc. studies enzymes that are involved in nucleic acid modification. We use bioinformatic, biochemical, analytical, and synthetic biology tools to discover and characterize the biological function and chemical mechanism of these enzymes. We aspire to understand the mode of function of DNA/RNA-modifying enzymes at a basic level and discover new protein tools for manipulation of nucleic acids.
