I am a math teacher and learning specialist with 20+ years experience meeting the needs of diverse learners. I have worked collaboratively with educators and managers to improve educational outcomes through creative curriculum design, new technology adoption and enhanced use. My effectiveness is evidenced by formative and summative assessment data and ensured by using data to drive design. I am excited to utilize my technology, design and instructional skills to help companies reach their goals.I am currently enrolled in the IDOL Academy and have developed learning tools utilizing Articulate Rise and Storyline, as well as Vyond and Camtasia.    I am working during the summer months for Amplify, training teachers and administrators to use the Amplify math curriculum. I train both in person and remotely. I help teachers to prepare for shifts in their teaching practices, and make sure they are ready to utilize a new curriculum on day one of the school year.
