Perform industrial hygiene (IH) testing for physical, chemical, and biological agents to ensure compliance with Ontario Occupational Exposure Limits. • Prepare IH Reports documenting exposure data and provide recommendations for exposure control • Perform Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessments and ergonomic (office and industrial) assessments• Evaluate the effectiveness of the health, safety and environment management system and implement modifications when required to reflect changing workplace conditions or to comply with new legislation• Identify health, safety, and environment hazards by maintaining and updating a site-wide risk assessment • Deliver and develop health, safety, and environment training programs and resources• Maintain ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) certifications • Support accident investigations, environmental incident response and JHSC inspections• Support the confined space entry program, asbestos in building program, isocyanates control and training program, explosives safety program and safety equipment certifications• Review and approve new personal protective equipment, tools, chemicals, and work processes to be used on site
