ABOUT LAMIYA ISLAM
I’m a Molecular Biology and Biotechnology graduate from the University of Toronto with a strong interest in using data and scientific insight to solve real-world problems. Through experience in clinical, research, and academic settings, I’ve built a solid foundation in data analysis, regulatory processes, and scientific communication.Working alongside pharmacists in a regulated clinic environment and conducting protein localization research in cell models taught me how important accuracy, critical thinking, and clear communication are in scientific work. These experiences also showed me how data and evidence can guide better decisions and improve outcomes.I’m particularly interested in applying these skills to customer analytics, where understanding user behavior, product strategy, and data can help organizations make smarter decisions. I enjoy translating complex information into meaningful insights that lead to practical action and better experiences for people.I’m always open to connecting with others who are interested in the intersection of science, data, and customer insight.
