I had the opportunity to complete an observation internship at Le Meurice in December 2022, during which I spent time in the main operational departments of the hotel: kitchens, room service, Restaurant Le Dalí, pastry laboratory, Cédric Grolet boutique, laundry, florists, housekeeping and floor service.This immersion allowed me to discover the behind-the-scenes organization of a palace hotel and to gain a global understanding of the many professions that make up the hospitality industry.This opportunity greatly contributed to my professional growth and confirmed my interest in pursuing a career in the luxury hotel industry. I am grateful to the teams at Le Meurice for their guidance, trust, and support throughout this experience.
