I am a key member of the agile delivery team responsible for creating and prioritizing the work that gets done. I follow a recurring cadence to develop and maintain a robust product backlog so that the development team has a pipeline of work to complete in future sprints. Part of this includes the creation of user stories and defining acceptance criteria that are in alignment with the needs of the business and the vision of the product manager. I work closely with development resources and other key team members to make sure deliverables in a sprint are completed according to acceptance criteria in an agreed upon time frame. In addition, working collaboratively and working as a team is expected within the agile team and with other key stakeholders as required. Most importantly, my role requires key alignment with the product management team to make sure the right work is being executed in the right order and at the right time. I own the work that gets produced from sprint to sprint by the team and being the face of the end results to key stakeholders.
