The Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) is the leading organization for companies who find themselves in the consideration and/or decision-making process with regards to RPO services. Lamees first crossed paths with the founders of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association when she was hired to build their corporate member directory. When the position of the executive director for the association became open that year, she was thrilled to be selected for the job. She has been working with the founders and the board on growing the organization, gaining momentum, and building new initiatives. Lamees planned and implemented an inbound marketing program for RPOA that resulted in growing organic site traffic and contact database at an annual rate of 200%. Her responsibilities include business strategy, member recruitment and retention, business development, digital marketing strategy, and partnership development.
