ABOUT CHRISTOPHER LAM

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. If you are here, maybe it\'s because I reached out to you about a Talent Intelligence study. But what is \"Talent Intelligence\" and what do I do exactly? In my role, I lead research teams to gather insight about talent markets globally. We connect directly with professionals in the industry to learn about their perspectives from the ground, and these insights help us inform employers on how to make better talent acquisition or organisational decisions. 🧠Some projects I\'ve worked on:• What are the best practices in the design of early career programmes for large multinational organisations?• How should rapidly growing companies scale up their HR functions as they expand?• What makes a good Cultural Transformation leader? The organisations we work with often use the insight from our studies to make hiring decisions. If you could spare some time to speak with me, I would be happy to connect you with my colleagues in our Executive Search practice for potential future roles that suit your experience. Our conversation might even help you look at your role/industry from another perspective! Thank you again for your time, and I hope to make your acquaintance!
