I\'ve spent my career at the intersection of technology and the written word—from helping build BuzzFeed into one of the defining media companies of its era, to leading content strategy at Medium, one of the web\'s central open publishing platforms.At Medium, I oversee content, curation, community, support, and marketing for a platform serving 150M+ monthly readers and hundreds of thousands of writers. A big part of my work lately has been thinking through how platforms like ours should respond to AI, balancing the promise of new tools with a deep commitment to human knowledge and experience.Before Medium, I spent over a decade at BuzzFeed, where I led development of the list and quiz formats that reshaped how content travels on the internet—for better or worse.I started my career as a journalist, writing for Salon.com, Der Spiegel, and others, and I\'m a Fulbright grant recipient and graduate of NYU\'s Cultural Reporting & Criticism program.I\'m always looking to connect with people thinking about the future of media, platforms, and writing.
