ABOUT LAMBROS ORFANITOPOULOS

My experiences over the past twenty plus years, involving both long term employment and short-term contracts, make me uniquely qualified for the position as Project Manager. I have a solid track record of large scale, national and international, POP site build outs, from the planning and design stage thru to implementation and documentation. Past project clients range from retail banks, trading floors, remote offices, call centers, data centers, and carriers. Clients of past projects have consistently been satisfied, if not impressed, by the outstanding abilities I’ve demonstrated to effectively communicate both written and orally with all parties involved in the build outs at all levels, to interact with vendors (including local unions), to implement all plans, and expertly document the entire project from the planning stage to completion. I have been directly and solely responsible for analyzing the needs of my clients with the selection of venders, including locating facilities, determining the requirements with regard to power, equipment, cooling, fiber access, seismic stability where necessary, and redundancy. It has been my responsibility to create an anticipated timeline, identify possible obstacles, determine the most effective solutions, and manage the implementation, while continuing to inform my clients as to the project progress. As a customer to co-locations, I have provided technical requirements for many carriers and POP locations in North America including Switch and Data, Telex, MCI, 360 Networks and more. I have been told by most of my managers in my career stated that I work like three people. I am able to travel extensively as needed, both domestic and international, as well as to work long hours as necessary to be effective.
