I joined Lamberts London in 2003 with the ambition of honouring and evolving a proud heritage of decorative metal finishing. Within two years, I became Director, and ever since, I have led the strategic, technical and commercial transformation of a once family-run operation into a globally recognised brand. We specialise in high-spec, decorative electroplating and finishing for the world’s most exacting clients in aerospace, automotive, marine, interiors and luxury consumer goods.As Managing Director, I take full ownership of the business from P&L performance, compliance and risk oversight, through to product development, client relationships, and technical delivery. I lead a senior team across three factory units and drive innovation with a customer-first mindset, developing bespoke metal finishes that turn functional components into luxury design statements. It’s hands-on, dynamic, and deeply creative work, often working with leading London design houses and directly with global brands.Some of our proudest achievements include creating finishes for Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways, British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Cathay Pacific, Gulfstream Aerospace, Collins Aerospace, Harrods Aviation, and multiple Royal Households among many others. I’ve led the business through major milestones, including ISO 9001, 9100, 14001, and 45001 accreditation, rebranding to Lamberts London in 2021, and navigating the company through seismic disruptions from the pandemic to a catastrophic fire in 2023.I’ve always believed in blending tradition with progress. From inventing finishes like our trademarked Mocha Gold to building bespoke tools for pitching to design firms to managing secure royal commissions, I bring craftsmanship and commercial acumen together. It\'s a privilege to lead a company where luxury, legacy and technical precision meet.
