I\'m a Brooklyn-based educator with ten years of teaching experience. Lover of languages, video games, and all things hip-hop related. I\'m the Founder and Executive Director of Teens of Color Abroad (TOCA), a nonprofit organization that connects students of color to global education opportunities through study abroad programs, language learning, and cultural exchange. TOCA exists to close the global education gap by ensuring young people of color can access transformative international experiences that shape their confidence, curiosity, and leadership in a globalized world.Since 2018, we’ve served over youth worldwide and awarded more than in scholarships toward language learning and study abroad programs for students of color.
