I play a key role in maintaining clarity of vision, ethos, and strategic direction.Through active participation in well-rounded and carefully considered strategic decision-making, I help shape the future of the school. I also work closely with fellow SSB members to foster strong communication and effective decision-making.Additionally, I oversee the financial performance of the school, ensuring the budget is used effectively to enhance children’s learning. My contributions support the SSB’s remit to monitor both educational and financial outcomes while prioritising the well-being of pupils and staff.
