Provide technical support for value added resellers of TIBA in the following markets: Australia, North and South America; diagnosis and troubleshooting support for customer systems; maintain Help-desk requests and related documentation, technical schematics and diagrams; assist remotely or face-to-face in the implementation of communication equipment, including peripherals, associated software and applications, to support business requirements or implement new technologies. Responsible for troubleshooting issues on workstations, servers, firewalls, network traffic design and configuration. Improve system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes. Use high mechanical, electrical and electronic skills to perform remote support, guide field technicians to perform replacement and repairs (to sub-assembly/ component level) of computer terminals, microprocessor components, peripherals and associated/designated communications and information management equipment. Assist with projects that require on-site support of infrastructure and/or application execution for successful completion. Other duties may be assigned.
