JLL Project and Development Services (PDS)- I have the pleasure of overseeing all aspects of commercial retail projects from the early stages of development to construction close-out. This includes working closely with real-estate development teams to procure site feasibility assessments, land acquisitions, permitting, building design, and all phases of construction. Assess potential project risks and communicate mitigation strategies to internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe and successful completion. This role includes working directly with our client as an owner’s representative to engage architects, engineers, local/state municipalities, general contractors, consultants, and vendors from early project planning through hand over to end-user Operating Management teams.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
