BS in Civil Engineering. Minor in Mechanical from SC State University. Masters in Public Administration from Strayer University.Specialties: Engineering Project Management and Construction Management and inspection in Bridge, roadway, neighborhood improvements. Experience in Land Development, strom water and Federal aid Projects. Roadway resurfacing and surveying. 25+ years of experience in all areas of Engineering. I take projects from conceptual phase, planning phase, design phase, real estate phase, bid phase, construction and the warranty phase. I manage vertical and horizontal Construction projects. I currently have over 20 project teams that assist me providing the residents of the City of Charlotte with a quality project while also increasing the quality of life in communities and encourging redevelopment. I manage various programs for the City of Charlotte and have extensive experience in Public Engagement. I also have experience in creating public space, pocket parks and plazas and have knowledge of Urban Design and Landscape Architecture. We encourage leveraging public and private funding inorder to encourage redevelopment. One key element is affordable housing, bringing sit down restaurants and. grocery stores as well as creating jobs and encouraging residents to start their own businesses.I am currently managing two 50 million dollar CNIP Program for the City of Charlotte Engineering.
