As a veteran educational leader with over 18 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to fostering equitable learning environments and improving student outcomes. My research has focused on the disproportionate exclusionary disciplinary practices affecting students of color and the lasting impact these practices have on literacy and academic achievement.
