Since 2007 Feel Fabulous Mobile Spa has providing mobile spa party experiences for occasions such as kid and teen spa birthday parties, bachelorette / stagette spa parties, bridal showers, baby showers, mother-daughter spa parties / family spa days, in-room hotel spa services, film production sets, corporate wellness and more-brand conceptualization -in collaboration with graphic designers, designed extensive graphic and print collateral (100+) to contribute to the Feel Fabulous brand -project management of numerous photo shoots, to contribute to the Feel Fabulous brand-trade show development and marketing -human resources (hiring, managing, contract law)-payroll (manual remittances/ROE’s/T4\'s & ADP/Payworks Payroll/ROE\'s, T4\'s)-basic bookkeeping knowledge (Simply Accounting, record keeping, reconciliations, cost-analysis)-corporate reporting/filings (federal and provincial taxes, annual reports, minute-keeping, etc)-marketing through various mediums (in-print, online, partnerships, events, social media, etc)-writing proposals-Mail Chimp newsletter and auto-responder marketing-developed highly sophisticated policies, procedures and training manuals ensuring continuity of service delivery and standards -creation of a kid/teen-specific treatment menu with services such as manicures/pedicures, mini facials, hairstyling, makeup, along with many other add-ons suitable to the kid & teen target markets-developed various multi-tier options to customize birthday parties; parties catered to various budgets from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars per party-developed a do-it-yourself beauty product making concept; a large line of homemade products that are made in a group setting, such as lip balm, perfume, body butter and more-transitioned from a Sole Proprietorship to a Federal Corporation, resulting in increased corporate responsibility and accountability -franchise set-up (franchise manuals, key agreements, etc)
